How do I book a room?
You can leave a request via the form on our website, call us or send us an email. We will confirm your booking in the way that is most convenient for you.
Can I choose a specific room or floor?
Yes, we always take our guests' wishes into account. Just mention it when booking, and we will do our best.
What payment methods are available?
Cash, bank card or bank transfer. We also issue invoices for companies.
Is breakfast included in the price?
Breakfast is not included in the room rate, but it can be ordered separately at check-in or when booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in. Less than 48 hours before check-in — a 50% fee; 24 hours before — 100%.
Is there a shelter on the premises?
Yes, the hotel has an equipped bomb shelter and a power generator — for your safety and comfort under any circumstances.
Can I check in early or check out late?
Yes. Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out are available for 50% of the nightly rate (subject to availability).
Do you provide a transfer or help with getting here?
